Traditionally made with a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. A medium bodied soft fruity wine. It has a delicious flavour of kirsch and a back note of liquorice. This wine has a warm cherry lingering finale. A great accompaniment with beef, lamb, duck or mushroom pasta dishes.
