Delivery
Aben Wines Retail offers delivery throughout the UK. Full details of our delivery options can be found in the FAQ section of the website. A signature will be required on delivery and all packages containing alcohol will require an adult over 18 to sign for the package. Any packages returned to us due to failure to obtain an adult signature will be subject to an additional charge for re-shipment.
Acceptance
The Purchaser must inspect all goods on delivery and must notify the carrier immediately of any damage, shortfall or deficiency. Satisfactory acceptance of the goods is deemed to be made two days following collection/delivery. Thereafter, the Purchaser is unable to reject the order for whatever reason.
Quality Control
Fine Kosher Wines adheres to a condition code regarding all wines, with proper safekeeping of all wines in our possession and act in good faith when purchasing wine. In the unlikely event of some older wine becoming corked o out of condition for consumption it will be at the discretion of Aben Wines Retail that replacements may be made available without obligation.
Order cancellation
The Purchaser may cancel an order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 5 days from the day after the order has been received, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact. Unfortunately, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
returns & exchanges
You should notify us immediately if any of the bottles of wine are broken or spoiled when they are delivered.
You can exchange unopened bottles within 5 days from purchasing. Unfortunately, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Age restrictions
It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under the age of 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our couriers may ask for proof of age upon delivery. in the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the order.

All wines listed on the Aben Wines Retail website are subject to availability.
